Shirley Starks is a set decorator and president of the Set Decorator Society of America. Shirley has worked on feature films, television shows and commercials. She not only creates the visuals for the shows you know and love like Jericho, Crossing Jordan and Arliss but she, as president of the SDSA, is shepherding the industry forward.
